Ticket sales are processed by independent third-party ticketing platforms, not by Aurora directly. Payment, refund, and delivery terms for tickets are governed by that platform's own policies. Table reservation requests sent via WhatsApp are not confirmed until an Aurora team member responds directly. Aurora is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or payment issues arising from third-party platforms.
If you submit your email address through our newsletter form, you are giving us your consent to send you emails about upcoming Aurora events, ticket availability, promotions, and general news. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link — clicking it removes your email from our list immediately, no questions asked. You can also request removal at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use this site to process payments or store payment information — that happens entirely on our third-party ticketing platform.

Attendance is at your own risk and subject to the venue's own terms. Aurora reserves the right to change event lineups, dates, or venues, or to cancel an event, at its discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, your attendance at an Aurora event, or your interactions with any third-party platform linked from this site (including ticketing platforms and WhatsApp).
